A Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all of the activities of a construction site according to project blueprints and schedule. Their duties include coordinating subcontractors, performing quality control and safety checks and providing on-site direction when preparing construction sites.
We’re looking for individuals with leadership and management experience. Managing the jobsite and coordinating materials, equipment, and personnel is a big part of this job. You’ll also be collaborating with clients, Project Managers, and other construction management teams to coordinate numerous aspects of the job.
